April 22, 2017  the third edition of the So La La Festival took place.

The six bands played in front of a concert hall that was sold out long in advance  with almost 650 spectators.

The groups quintense, sound kisses,  B'n'T, beatboxer Fii  and Piccanto, last year's audience winners HörBänd performed as special guests  to the final out of competition.

The groups showed the best of their repertoire for 30 minutes each, so that the audience could enjoy a total of six great a cappella shows in one evening.

The "Quintense" group from Leipzig won the € 1000 jury prize donated by the Stadtsparkasse Solingen.

Won the audience award  the group "Piccanto" from Salzburg and took  as a trophy, seven blacksmith knives donated by the Güde company to take home.

Image and sound were transmitted to the foyer on large screens provided by expert Schultes, so that you didn't have to go without the program even on small trips to the counters.

As in the previous year, the entire show was web-streamed via YouTube and we had around 440 viewers on the Internet - a third of them from Austria. ; o) In terms of quality, we were able to significantly improve the transmission compared to the previous year.

The 5 bands in the contest all put on convincing and entertaining shows and so it was not made easy for the audience and the jury to choose a favorite.

The HörBänd, the audience favorites of the previous year, impressed in the finale musically, with humor and performance as the headliner of the evening and actually put the icing on the cake.

During the breaks and immediately afterwards, there was enthusiastic feedback from the audience in terms of band selection, organization, staging and structure.

The bands also certified that we had a great festival, at which they felt very comfortable and well cared for.
