The first So La La Acappella Festival took place on April 25, 2015.

six a cappella bands in the Solingen theater and concert hall in the completely redesigned large concert hall. Around 400 visitors saw it  

The professional band "Muttis Kinder" and local hero "Scampi" appeared out of competition as "special guests", four other bands took part in the contest and thus the judgment of a three-person jury and the audience.

The groups showed the best of their repertoire for 30 minutes each, so that the audience could enjoy a total of six great a cappella shows in one evening.

The "Soundescape" group won the € 1000 jury prize donated by the Stadtsparkasse Solingen.

"Die NotenDealer" won the audience award and took home five blacksmith knives donated by the Güde company as a trophy.

All in all, a top-class show from all participating bands was offered on the evening, there was a lot of enthusiastic feedback from the audience during and after the festival, where the great staging, the good band selection, the varied genre mix and the great organization were repeatedly praised.

And the bands also made it clear to us across the board that they felt they were in good hands and looked after and that they had a great evening.
