Audience winner 2015
Die NotenDealer have been on the a-cappella scene and beyond for over eleven years. The five young men from Freiberg (Saxony) offer the right program for all age groups and every occasion. The focus is not on classical music, but rather on a cheerful and varied rock entertainment program.
With their new album Deagital, they are on tour across Germany in 2016.
The now 26-year-old started eleven years ago at a talent festival at their high school. They not only delighted the jury, but also the entire audience. A few years later the band had already made a name for themselves far beyond their hometown borders.
The repertoire is constantly expanding and consists of creative cover versions of well-known songs, as well as many of their own numbers. Almost every genre of music is sung about in sometimes unusual and entertaining ways.
Today, the NotenDealer are active throughout Germany, constantly on the move and can look back on over 1,000 appearances. These include gigs as the opening act for the Puhdys, on various cabaret stages in Germany, as part of several Baltic Sea tours, for the German A-Capella federal contest, Dresden poets whispering, in the first season of the VOX TV show X Factor, as the official band of the "Tag der Sachsen 2012" and of course in numerous own concerts throughout Germany.
Since June 2012, the boys have also been running their own club with a cabaret and concert stage in their hometown of Freiberg:
